Responsibilities:

Developing and managing company digital assets - Websites, apps, analytics and databases.

Manage digital agency relationship: Oversee and coordinate with the digital agency to ensure alignment with marketing goals and maximize the effectiveness of campaigns across the Growth & Retention cycle

Optimize user acquisition channels: Identify, test, and scale high-performing acquisition channels for the "Axis my India app," including paid advertising, social media, content marketing, whatsapp, outbound calls and influencer partnerships.

Enhance user retention and engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve user onboarding, engagement, and retention for the "Axis my India app," including personalized messaging, reward, and in-app events.

Conduct data-driven analysis: Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth for the "Axis my India app," utilizing tools like Google Analytics 4.

Utilize Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) or equivalent: Leverage FCM to send targeted push notifications and engage users effectively.

Implement Generative AI: Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance marketing efforts, including content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless user experience and drive continuous improvement for Axis my India assets

Qualifications:

Proven experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrated track record of success in acquiring and retaining users for apps.

Target audience expertise: Empathy towards the needs, preferences, and behaviors of users in Tier 2 towns and villages.

Digital agency management: Experience in managing relationships with digital agencies and ensuring effective collaboration.

Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to inform decision-making.

Hands-on experience with tools: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, Firebase Cloud Messaging, AppsFlyer (or equivalent) and Generative AI tools.

Bonus Points:

Familiarity with regional languages: Proficiency in languages spoken in Tier 2 towns and villages.

Experience with mobile app analytics tools: Knowledge of tools like AppsFlyer, or Mixpanel.

Experience in ASO (App Store Optimization): Understanding of how to optimize app store listings to improve visibility and downloads for the "Axis my India app."
