Driving strategic initiatives as per HR Scorecard. Education Formulating, Tracking & analyzing key HR metrics and devising actions to improve the HR processes and practices.
People operations: own all people operations processes, including policy formulation, performance review cycles; compensation reviews and planning; benefits administration.
Identifying talent development and fulfillment opportunities while working in close coordination with the leadership team.
