Succession Planning

Change Management

Talent Management

Using industry insights and analytics for creating & implementing objectively defined HR processes like Performance Management System (KRA/KPI/OKR models for goal setting ) Employee Recognition System, Organization Effectiveness Programs, L&D Strategy .

Driving strategic initiatives as per HR Scorecard. Education Formulating, Tracking & analyzing key HR metrics and devising actions to improve the HR processes and practices.

People operations: own all people operations processes, including policy formulation, performance review cycles; compensation reviews and planning; benefits administration.

Identifying talent development and fulfillment opportunities while working in close coordination with the leadership team.

Years of Experience 6 to 12 Years as HR Business Partner
