Salesforce (SFDC) Test Lead

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Test Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. They will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for Salesforce projects, ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications. The SFDC Test Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, manage test cases, and automate testing processes where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the testing efforts for Salesforce projects from inception to completion.

Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.

Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Administrators to understand project requirements and develop test strategies.

Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for Salesforce applications.

Identify and report defects, track issue resolution, and verify fixes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and priorities.

Manage and prioritize testing tasks and timelines to meet project deadlines.

Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts for Salesforce applications.

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers and team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are highly preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years of experience specifically in Salesforce testing.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, functionality, and configurations.

Experience with Salesforce testing tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Salesforce Data Loader, or similar.

Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Provar, or similar.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus.
