Role - Lead MES

Responsibility

Responsible for the Siemens Ops Center processes and application for Ola Electric business.

Responsible for Requirements gathering, design, functional specification and configuration of the requirements in the system.

Responsible for AS IS and TO BE process mapping and identifying gaps from standard functionality in the system.

Data collection and data flow strategy from machines and operations.

Responsible for data model configurations and integration with OT layer, PLM and SAP.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements based on priority and severity of the business need.

Collaborate with the implementation team (including Area Architects, Software Engineers, etc.) to determine best system solutions for identified business problems.

Own the functional delivery of all new changes to Siemens Ops Center application.

Collaborate with the implementation team to deliberate and arrive on estimates of effort for proposed system changes.

Create documentation (business rules, as is/to be flows, requirements, data configuration, use cases, functional specs, and testing forms).

Facilitate collaboration between affected groups to gain acceptance of the process changes and complete assigned tasks by the due dates.

Key Skills Required

12+ years of experience in MES deployment with Siemens Opcenter Execution Discrete, or relevant Siemens product.

Proven track record of designing and implementing complex MES solutions.

Strong understanding of MES development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.

Experience with MES architecture and technical design documents.

Ability to do impact analysis on the new requirements

Good knowledge on manufacturing & Quality operations and software functionalities.

Experienced in setting up Siemens Ops Center digital systems for a green or brown field automotive establishment.

Functional requirement mapping to system solutionsInclination to be updated on the latest technologies in the area.

Handhold the manufacturing team on the ground as required.

Experienced on the integration of PLC/SCADA.

Willing to work based out of the plant as required.
