Materials Planning Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

MRP for MTS and MTO orders

Supply planning.

Raw material planning and scheduling

Pending PR-PO report generation.

Co-ordinate with purchase team/ vendors for material delivery.

Co-ordinate with sales and production team for projects and sales order dispatches.

Co-ordinate with quality team for third party inspections schedule.

Daily inward of material tracked to be through Sap, Commitments to be taken from purchase team for PR raised-(Q link/random), intimation to be given to teams for receipt and issuing for outward of material against Projects.

Daily checking Inbound delivery raised by store inward team and GRN done against same

Min-max ordering for consumables.

Co-ordination between Store/Production/Purchase/Inward/Quality team for in-warding of material on time and out-warding to projects on floor.

Updating store inward team/production team about inward of material.

Updating store inward team/production team about commitments of material inward shared by purchase against Project shortages.
