Job Description:
10 + years of experience in Life & Annuity Insurance domain, having experience working closely with the business users.
Good knowledge on ALIP platform and Product configuration is a MUST.
Understanding business user requirements and map the same to the solution or Product configuration being built.
Experience working in Core Policy modules such as new business, policy administration, claims
Experience in Agile methodology
Experience in integration with peripheral systems
Exhibits high standards of integrity
Effective time management and organizational skills
Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with Business SMEs to define and drive out details of user stories, functional testing scenarios, and solution acceptance criteria
End to end experience of the project lifecycle with experience of testing the developed solution to ensure it meets requirements and expectations
