Application Specialist-Cornerstone & IT Data Management

Position Summary:

To support & operate and optimize the Cornerstone learning platform as well as IT Data Management in ServiceNow. Should be partner with various central CIT teams and local training organizations to optimize design and configure the Cornerstone system. Support day-to-day Business as usual items. Prepare and maintain Cornerstone and IT Data Management user and admin documentation. Server as 2nd Level Support for both Cornerstone and IT Data Management. Responsible for daily business, incident, service requests, testing and documentation. Work in a global environment and prioritizing urgent requests and incidents. Desired Skills and Experience Depth of knowledge in IT operations and support processes / ITIL.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or Related Field of study.
