Location: Bengaluru

Position: Associate Director-Analytics

Responsibilities:

· Analyze/estimate impact of changes to product and promotions.

· Come up with actionable insights to improve product experience and marketing offers.

· Lead a team of 3-4 product analysts.

· Convert actionable insights into well-defined projects.

· Understand underlying player behavior.

· Work with the Product team and Technology team to execute these projects and measure their success.

Job Qualifications:

· 10+ years of deep experience in analytics

· Degree in Engineering/Statistics/Management from a premier institute (IITs/IIMs/ISB/ISI/IIFT etc.)

· Very strong understanding of statistics, probability, segmentation techniques.

· Experience in a product driven company is desired.

· Exceptional logical and analytical skills

· Strong ability to parse through data and detect patterns.

· Strong ability to convert patterns in data to test hypotheses.

Good written and oral communication skills
