Video and Motion Graphics Designer (Analyst/Senior Analyst) –

Position Overview:

Seeking a graphic designer (Analyst) focused on video and motion graphics to join their Design team located in Hyderabad, India.

The team is a strategic, marketing-aligned creative studio, and as its integral member you will be responsible for the following:

Designing visually compelling video, motion graphics, and 2D/3D materials that showcasecreativity, design thinking, storytelling, innovation, and industry-leading practices

Developing concepts, ideating, creating storyboards, and bringing them to life through strong visual design, color, audio, and animation techniques and effects—while following company brand guidelines

Researching and creating appropriate visual elements as per the creative brief requirements

Perfecting deliverables as per company brand standards ensuring strong, polished aesthetics and consistency throughout

Creating deliverables containing significant content and requiring exceptional attention to detail

Taking in feedback and making edits to refine and finalize projects as necessary

Managing projects to ensure timely completion against agreed-upon deadlines

Following efficient workflow and review requirements to meet stakeholders’ expectations

Collaborating with clients and team members as appropriate

You have strong experience in producing cutting-edge deliverables across video/motion graphics.

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

Bachelor or Master of Fine Arts (BFA/MFA), BSc. Visual Communication, Animation, 3D Design, or an equivalent design-focused degree

Expertise in motion graphics, animation, video editing, and 3D design. Experience with video/audio editing tools, such as Adobe AfterEffects, Premier Pro, Autodesk 3ds Max, Media Encoder, Audition, XD, Animate, or similar

Expertise in video production and motion design workflow

Approximately 2-5 years’ experience in B2B/corporate marketing. A design portfolio is a mandatory to be considered for the role.

Strong understanding of current design trends, with a sophisticated eye able to create the right visual content that would be considered leading edge.

A foundational understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

Knowledge of / experience in Adobe Digital Publishing Suite (not mandatory)

Strong understanding of brand principles, and ability to create innovative designs within a defined global brand construct

Ability to translate data, stories, and other content into powerful graphics/infographics

Confident presentation skills, along with the ability to pitch ideas to clients, and synthesize feedback to achieve desired results

Strong communication skills (both written and oral), and experience communicating with senior stakeholders and project sponsors

Demonstrated commitment to service excellence, and a professional client-servicing demeanor

Ability to work under tight deadlines for concurrent projects, and deal effectively with stress

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to collaborate with culturally diverse offshore teams, across different time zones
