Job Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to help us build the next-generation InsureTech platform at Neo. We are a team of insurance veterans and digital entrepreneurs with ambitions to become the largest insurance distributor in India by 2025.

Responsibilities:

Work with team management to define product strategy, features and priorities.

Engage with external partners/vendors to identify integration requirements.

Conduct usability studies to understand customer pain points/challenges/requirements.

Prepare crisp and detailed product requirement documents (PRDs)

Work with UX designer, developers, testers to develop and release the feature.

Monitor and track utilization/performance of features post release.

Requirements:

Strong technical acumen which allows you to engage in deep technical design discussions.

You are comfortable being the 'face of the product' who can clearly set and communicate product requirements.

Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment, identify new opportunities, develop strategies to drive growth, and push projects forward

Committed problem solver who can deeply investigate the details using data, but will always be passionate about 'big picture'.

Demonstrates a critical understanding of business processes and challenges, developing solutions to meet unique business needs and objectives.

1-2 years in Product Management

Prefer candidates from Insurance domain but must be from BFSI sector.
