Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Documentation and Design Specialist. The Documentation and Design Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing clinical documentation, technical documentation, and other types of documentation projects. The role will also involve utilizing analytical skills to review and analyze data for documentation purposes. Additionally, the Documentation and Design Specialist will be involved in technical writing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Clinical Documentation, Technical Documentation, and Documentation skills

Strong analytical skills

Experience in technical writing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus

Experience in the machine learning industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) is a plus

Proven experience in document design and management, preferably with experience in graphic design or a similar creative field.

Expert proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong portfolio showcasing skills in document design, template creation, and visual communication.

Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for visual composition and design trends.

Outstanding organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic team environment.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, or a related field is preferred.
