Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns on Google and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. Manage social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

Responsibilities/KPIs:

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SMO, Paid Ads (Meta Ads, PPC, YouTube Ad etc), marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Manage the social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

Create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being mindful of budget and target audience.

Plan, create, and execute Google Ad campaigns, including search, display, and video campaigns.

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic on various social media platforms.

Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and create and manage ad campaigns.

Monitor and analyze ad performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop digital marketing strategies and ensure campaign goals are met.

Create and manage social media content calendars, scheduling posts, write and publish social media posts, updating website content, and engage with followers.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, Google Ad and social media advertising, and apply them to campaigns.

Generate reports and communicate campaign performance.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing.

Develop engaging online content including website, blog, social media, and advertisements.

Coordinate with graphic designers for campaign visuals, and ensure content is informative and appealing.

Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to support integrated marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

2+ years of experience in managing Google Ad and social media campaigns

Must be proficient in camera handling and enthusiastic about becoming the face of our social media presence

Strong knowledge of Google Ad and social media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing tools to track and analyze campaign performance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred.

Salary: Salary offered for this position is up to INR 20,000 per month.
