Position Summary:

As a Loan Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by connecting with potential clients to understand their financial needs and connecting them with lending partners. You will be responsible for generating leads, delivering persuasive, and managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify opportunities and collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of sales strategies. This role requires strong communication skills, expertise in financial analysis, and exceptional salesmanship to effectively pitch loan offerings to clients.

Responsibilities:

Search for potential clients and partners interested in obtaining loans.

Connect with clients and partners to understand their financing needs.

Identify clients and partners who are startups or planning to start a business.

Generate leads through various channels and cold calling techniques.

Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential clients.

Verify documents for loan applications and ensure compliance.

Manage relationships with clients and partners, providing exceptional service.

Generate revenue by meeting sales targets and maximizing opportunities.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of sales strategies.

Follow up with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.

Conduct client meetings either on-site, at client locations, or via virtual platforms like Google Meet.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in loan sales or similar role, preferably in financial services sector.

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Expertise in mathematics for financial calculations and analysis.

Proficiency in cold calling, email/WhatsApp marketing, and other lead generation techniques.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Prior experience working with startups or Direct-to-Consumer brands is an advantage.

Familiarity with loan application processes, document verification procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Outstanding salesmanship and ability to pitch effectively to clients.
