Profile: Technical Content Writer

Roles and Responsibility:

Develop high-quality technical content that is engaging, user-friendly, and in line with SEO best practices.

Work closely with software development teams to understand project specifications, features, and technical details to create accurate documentation.

Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and understandable content for non-technical audiences.

Contribute to the content strategy by suggesting topics, formats, and channels that will enhance our brand's visibility and audience engagement.

Revise, edit, and proofread content as needed, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical writing and content creation.

Competency Requirement:

3 to 4 years of experience in technical content writing, preferably within the software development and IT sector.

Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them in simple, engaging language.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools and practices.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
