Role Summary:Providing the efficient day to day HR administrative and operational duties in the shared service environment.

Responsibilities:

Functional Tasks:

Personnel Data Admin (PDA)

Transactional backend processing performing data entry into SAP system for employee’s personal details.

Data entry to be done when there are Employee Movements, e.g. new hires, transfers, terminations and etc.

Time & Attendance (T&A)

Transactional backend processing of Employee’s leave and Overtime data.

Involves working on excel sheets and data entry into SAP System.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

Transactional backend performing data analysis and maintenance into Workday & SAP system for employee’s compensation package.

Data analysis and maintenance will be included like incentive, benefits, allowance, perks, bonus and etc.

Payroll Administration

Running of payroll via SAP system.

Reconciliation work from PDA, Time & Attendance teams to ensure that all the payroll reports incorporate the changes for the right monthly salary and remuneration.

Claims Administration

Perform claims verification day-to-day transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.

Execute claims posting as per agreed schedule.

Helpdesk

Provide 1st Level support to our Business Group Employees contacting Averis HR.

Helpdesk support is being executed via Email and Phone.

Technical skills/ Knowledge:

Generic Skills:

1. Communication and presentation skills

2. Information and communication technology (Immediate level knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

3. Language(s) proficiency [Good written and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin (to support clients from China)]

Technical/ Functional Skills:

1. HR management system (SAP, Workday)

2. Strong processing skills and analytical ability (Inclination for mathematics)

3. HR analytical skills

4. HR payroll

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Academic Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or in any relevant field.

Experience:

1 year experience in managing HR Helpdesk/ HR Claims Administration/ HR Services/ HR Payroll/ HR Generalist or any related field but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
