What youll do:
Craft tailored, evidence-based intervention plans to identify the needs/strengths of each child
Lead and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care and expectations of clients/stakeholders
Mentor aspiring behavior analysts, current technician teams and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Set the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional and ethical standards
Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies
Experience Needed:
Masters degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
Proficiency with Behavioral Assessments and Intervention Plans
Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
