Job Description

Overview: Raizan Solutions is currently seeking a Dental Office Manager for our client's practice located in Huntington Woods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office management, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Dentrix software.

Location: Huntington Woods, MI

Schedule: 3-4 days a week, 30 hours per week

Pay Rate: $25-$28 per hour

Responsibilities:

Office Management:

Oversee the daily operations of the dental office.

Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling of appointments.

Manage patient records, including data entry and maintenance in Dentrix.

Staff Supervision:

Supervise and coordinate activities of dental staff, including dental assistants and administrative personnel.

Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure a positive patient experience.

Financial Management:

Handle billing and insurance claims processing.

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.

Assist with financial reporting and budget management.

Patient Relations:

Greet patients warmly and ensure their comfort during their visit.

Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Manage patient scheduling and appointment reminders.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment.

Coordinate orders and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager or similar role.

Proficiency in Dentrix software is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.

Flexibility to work 8:30 am - 5:00 pm on Mondays and Thursdays, and 9:00 am - 4:00 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
