About the Program:

The Key Executive Leadership Programs in the School of Public Affairs (SPA) is a dedicated, dynamic team with a strong customer service ethic and a focus on supporting exciting executive leadership programming while working together to provide an exceptional education experience that is the gold standard for the federal government. The Key team values creativity, communication, and innovation, and strives to provide each team member with a robust professional experience that emphasizes their personal leadership journey.

Summary:

The OIG Cohort Program Assistant supports the Office of Inspector General (OIG) Key Executive Leadership Certificate program; a total of 13-15 cohorts and 250-400 students annually. The incumbent is responsible for the general program support and serves as a point of contact for all OIG agency contacts, University constituents, faculty, and students.

This position also interacts and collaborates with representatives of SPA, and other AU departments, as well as external partners and vendors associated with the Key Programs.

The position is primarily responsible for essential functions in the following areas:

Course Preparation and Program Support:

Ship course materials to students via FedEx (as needed).

Gather and combine student bios for faculty and cohort review.

Provide faculty & students with assistance during class in person and provide Zoom support & troubleshooting in virtual settings.

Compile and collect course and program evaluations for Director, and faculty.

Alumni Database Data Entry and Management.

Assist with all program logistics (course schedules, location, orientation info, directions & parking).

Assist with program activities and events such as Student. Orientations, IG Lunch Workshops, Cohort Graduations, etc.

Manage classroom inventory and program materials.

Other duties as assigned.
