Job Description

Retail pharmacy located in West Hollywood near Beverly Hills is seeking a Pharmacy Frontend Clerk to become a part of our team! You will assist in various retail and office related duties.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Process prescriptions using computer software (PioneerRx)

Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls

Track and manage front-end sales, inventory, shelving, promotions, etc

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Assist in billing and tracking accounts receivables

Ensure payments are received in timely manner

Assist in business marketing and

Assist in various other tasks and duties as requested

Qualifications:

Previous experience in pharmacy or other related fields

Experience in medical billing a plus

Experience in social/digital marketing a plus

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to details

Strong organizational skills
