Job Description

Scott Auto Group is hiring a Accounting Professional for our dealership located in West Chester Pennsylvania. This position will play an important role in the processing of multiple tasks for the accounting department. What You’ll Do:

Book deals into DMS

Support Accounting team with various tasks including A/P & A/R.

Processing of dealership deposits.

Perform manual & computerized accounting functions.

Monthly schedule reconciliations & reviews.

Assist Office Manager with other duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior Automotive Dealership Accounting Experience.

Knowledge of Dealer Track Software (Preferred)

Be motivated and adhere to specific deadlines.
