We are currently in search of a lead-by-example Restaurant Manager to join our team!
Requirements
Familiar with French Cuisine
French language ability is a plus.
Strong beverage knowledge
Experience with administrative tasks including inventory and scheduling.

Responsibilities will include,
Hiring and training for the front of house team.
Upholding company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff
Oversee and ensure that all company systems and policies are maintained.
Make sure all new employees go through the proper training and have all the necessary tools to be successful in their position.
Enforce and maintain all labor laws and practices.
Train values and maintain the integrity of the culture.
