First, and most importantly, You will need strong leadership skills and a customer-focused attitude to go along with a high level of motivation and energy.

As Master Technician, you will be required to diagnose and repair a variety of automotive systems. Major activities include: Diagnosing and repairing brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems. Additionally you must be able to assist (not train) technician mechanics in performing technical activities. On occasion you will also need to adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs.

Required:

5+ years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem- solving and repair experience as you mentor and teach associates while discussing problems with customers.

Maintain an organized and clean bay

Continuing Education Classes (Company Provided)

Your Own Tools.

Preferred:

NC State Inspector’s License

ASE Certifications (Company provided)
