As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the front line of communication between our company and our valued clients. Your responsibilities include answering inquiries promptly, maintaining product knowledge, and providing efficient support to ensure client satisfaction. This is a temp to permanent position with a national company with great culture and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Timely Responses: Respond promptly to all customer inquiries, calls, and emails to address their needs.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively assist clients.

Effective Communication: Clearly and concisely communicate through email, fax, and verbal interactions.

Support Operations: Assist in customer care operations, addressing inquiries from dealers and team members.

Order Management: Process daily order entries, check order status, and provide product information and pricing.

Issue Resolution: Handle credits, return authorizations, factory chargebacks, and order changes or cancellations.

Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track shipments, initiate freight claims, and coordinate truck deliveries.

Showroom Maintenance: Maintain the showroom, update product displays, prepare for events, and ensure it is well-stocked and organized.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including document filing and literature room inventory.

Inventory Monitoring: Keep track of stock levels and assist with inventory management.

Guideline Adherence: Follow and adhere to department and company guidelines.

Customer Service Excellence: Provide excellent customer service and issue resolution, ensuring that key information is properly documented.

Professional Communication: Communicate professionally with dealers, vendors, distribution centers, and designers through email and phone interactions.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to solve problems effectively.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure timely placement of purchase orders and proper handling of inquiries.

Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities to meet deadlines and changing goals.

Education:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.

An equivalent combination of education and experience or military equivalent will also be considered.
