We are seeking a Software Delivery Manager with experience in delivering cloud-based, customized enterprise SaaS software and AI solutions. You will implement and deliver Cordant solutions, our integrated suite of digital solutions putting performance at core.

Partner with the best

The Software Delivery Manager will work with executive customer stakeholders to understand their needs, define them into use cases and translate those use cases into specifications. You will work across business and technical teams to drive successful delivery of Baker Hughes enterprise software solutions.

Recent examples of successful engagements include predictive maintenance on capital equipment, process optimizations, supply chain optimization, manufacturing yield optimization, customer spend prediction, and equipment life optimization. These are impactful projects with high levels of internal and external visibility.

You will be responsible for:

Creating compelling use cases that drive business value, to translate use cases into requirements and specifications.

Effectively working across customer and internal teams to problem solve, define scope, write technical specifications, and manage against a plan.

Leading an engagement team to perform implementation activities in collaboration with BHC3 team members from Application Development, Data Integration, Data Science, Products, QA, and DevOps.

Quantifying and tracking value metrics that can be realized from CORDANT and C3.ai product implementations.

Diving into technical details and lead activities to ensure successful delivery to our customers (e.g., functional scoping, application and data integration quality assurance, deliver trainings, issue debugging and resolution).

Tracking, anticipating and addressing challenges before they become risks.

Developing deliverables and other documentation to enable customer success.

Maintaining cost control to deliver to project budget, maintaining services margin during deployment.

Communicating effectively with customers and build a trusted advisor relationship.

Advising executive customer stakeholders on future use case roadmap and implementation plans aligned to Cordant Digital solutions.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Have Significant engagement management experience with enterprise SaaS solutions.

Have Experience working with a software solutions professional services company or system integrator.

Have Proficient skills and experience in cloud-based implementation architectures.

Demonstrate ability to navigate between the business and technical domains of a software implementation project, providing leadership in both.

Demonstrate excellent communication & presentation skills, including working with senior executive stakeholders.

Have Technical skills in application development, predictive analytics and/or data integration (Preferred)

have domain experience in any of the following industries: energy, oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing, and IoT (Preferred)
