Position: Client Acquisition Manager

Role Overview:

As a Client Acquisition Manager at Mediasphere, your primary focus will be on lead generation, lead conversion, and client management. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and ensuring their success. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and drive revenue growth will be critical to achieving our goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients within the real estate industry.

Utilize various channels (online platforms, networking events, referrals) to generate leads.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Lead Conversion:

Understand the pain points and goals of real estate agents.

Conduct in-depth consultations to assess their marketing needs.

Present Mediasphere’s services as tailored solutions to address those needs.

Prepare customized proposals and pricing packages.

Negotiate terms and contracts with potential clients.

Close deals and onboard new clients.

Client Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients.

Maintain regular communication through phone calls, emails, and meetings.

Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns promptly.

Collaborate with our creative and digital marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Monitor campaign performance and proactively address any issues.

Compensation:

Per-Client Basis: You will be compensated based on the number of clients you successfully acquire. Each new client represents an achievement and contributes directly to your earnings.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate or digital marketing industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable.
