About this Position

Primerica Learning Center (PLC) is in search of a graduate-level intern who possesses a keen interest and background in Instructional Design & Technology. Specifically, PLC is interested in candidates pursuing a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology program. The recruitment efforts will be targeted towards attracting individuals from this and similar programs.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop new engaging courses, content, and programs that meet learning objectives

Create multimedia, graphics, and interactive course solutions

Integrate supporting material/media into courses (audio, video, resources etc.)

Working with subject matter experts, assessing content, and identifying gaps

Support the implementation and deployment of training

Create learning journeys that incorporate custom and off-the shelf content

Following established e-learning design standards and branding guidelines, and providing innovative ideas to enhance the design approach

Qualifications

Seeking a degree in instructional design

Required Skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Exposure to visual/graphic design in applications such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Ability to write clear, engaging, and effective instructional text

Excellent communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) skills

This position is located in our Duluth, Georgia headquarters.
