As the HR & Operations Manager at our client's esteemed luxury design/build firm you will be integral to the team, responsible for managing the company’s financial, administrative, and human resources operations. This pivotal role supports and acts as a backup for the President, critical in maintaining seamless and effective business operations. Key Responsibilities:

Finance Management:

Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.

Manage payroll processing, including adjustments, timesheet verification, and tax report filings.

Oversee banking activities, including deposits, account reconciliation, and maintaining financial records.

Human Resources:

Serve as the first point of contact for employees for HR-related inquiries and support.

Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job postings to hiring, including background checks and employee onboarding.

Conduct employee performance reviews and manage compensation with approval from management.

Maintain and update the employee handbook, ensuring policies reflect current regulations and company standards.

Office Management:

Ensure operational efficiency within the office, resolving any issues related to office equipment and supplies.

Coordinate with vendors and manage office procurements.

Provide administrative support for various departments and ensure that all staff needs are met efficiently.
