What’s the scope?

This role is responsible for the management of the overall stock levels and merchandise assortment of our concessions, in total 132 doors located in Spain, Italy, France and Belgium

Your responsibilities as our Concession allocator;

You are responsible for the order allocation and timely replenishment down to SKU level.

You define the optimal stock levels per store based on sell-through and store capacity, you propose to change item flow in case of best sellers and slow movers.

You optimize clearance sale by dividing leftover stock to stores with most sales’ potential.

You update reports (sell out, order book follow up,…) that are used by our team

You follow-up on product deliveries in store, returns to warehouse, transfers between stores and coordinate the staff uniforms every season.

You set up the pricing list for the new season as well as the promotion lists and communicate with the operation teams.

You do at least once a season a store visit to determine and solve merchandise management related issues.

You are the first point of contact for the store teams and partner with planning, logistics, carriers, and DC to secure timely delivery dates.

Skills for Success:

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in economics, retail, fashion, logistics or other related field

Preferably a first analytical working experience in an international environment (e.g. retail, planning, customer service).

Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills are a must.

You are an accurate worker and have attention to details.

Strong communication skills

Very good knowledge of MS office package especially Excel.

Proficiency in written and spoken English & Dutch. Any other language is a plus (Spanish, Italian, French)
