Our PaidSearch Marketing Manager is a full-time remote role offering a competitive salary of $100K to $150K based on experience and fit for the role. Take the helm of our digital advertising efforts, driving targeted traffic and maximizing ROI across paid search channels. With your expertise in campaign optimization and strategic acumen, you'll lead initiatives that propel our brand to new heights of visibility and success.

Responsibilities:

Build campaigns from the ground up, including keyword research, competitive analysis, and ad copy generation

Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Utilize advanced targeting options to reach specific audience segments based on demographics, interests, and behaviors

Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid search marketing to ensure that campaigns remain competitive and aligned with the latest developments

Test and optimize automation settings, bids, keywords, text ads, ad extensions, product feeds, and landing pages to improve performance

Occasional Travel

Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline or commensurate experience

4+ years of experience in paid search, preferably ecommerce or performance/direct response

Understanding of Google paid search algorithm, ranking, and updates/changes in processes

Experience managing Product Listing Ads (PLA)

Experience with analytics platforms

Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel

The ability to analyze large datasets to gain insights and make confident recommendations

Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal)

Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and course correction

Ability to effectively work together with stakeholders of varying skill sets across all levels

A tenacious attitude for learning and taking on new challenges, and a self-starting mentality

Demonstrable organizational skills, and ability to work independently with a backlog of projects and tasks
