Job Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Write high-quality and engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Tailor content to meet client objectives and target audience preferences.
Copywriting: Develop persuasive copy for advertisements, promotional materials, product descriptions, and marketing campaigns. Ensure content is compelling, concise, and aligned with brand voice and messaging.
SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine visibility. Incorporate SEO best practices to improve organic rankings and drive traffic to client websites.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies, editorial calendars, and content plans. Brainstorm creative ideas for content themes and campaigns.
Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for grammar, style, accuracy, and consistency. Ensure content meets quality standards and adheres to client guidelines.
Content Promotion: Assist in content promotion activities, including social media posting, email newsletters, and content distribution across digital platforms. Monitor content performance and analyze metrics to optimize engagement.
Requirements
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. A certification in Copywriting or Content Writing is a plus.
Experience Level: Freshers with strong writing skills and a portfolio of writing samples are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates should have proven experience in content creation and copywriting, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
Writing Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to craft compelling narratives and persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences.
Creativity: Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas. Experience in creating content for different formats and platforms is advantageous.
SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization techniques. Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Digital Literacy: Familiarity with digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
