Join Our Team as an Outpatient/Wellness Registered Dietitian!

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Dietitian seeking a rewarding opportunity? RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in the outpatient/wellness setting for 12 hours per month.

Responsibilities:

Provide nutrition services at community center locations.

Conduct nutritional assessments and offer recommendations to meet facility requirements.

Document assessments and interventions in medical records.

Educate patients and/or family members on nutritional needs.

Collaborate in interdisciplinary meetings and educate staff on meal service aspects.

Adhere to facility policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and respecting patient rights.

Requirements:

Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) registration.

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Familiarity with electronic charting systems.
