Salary: $80k to $120k

Summary:

Our client is seeking a Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in overseeing healthcare, education, and/or commercial construction projects with project values ranging from $1 million to $50 million. Experience in healthcare projects is preferred.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and supervise all stages of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards.

Coordinate and organize construction activities, overseeing subcontractors, vendors, and other involved parties.

Manage on-site teams, providing guidance and maintaining productivity and safety protocols.

Interpret construction blueprints, enforce compliance with regulations, and promptly resolve any on-site issues to keep projects on course.

Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns that may arise.

Develop and implement strategies to minimize delays and budget overruns, ensuring efficient achievement of project objectives.

What You’ll Need:

Minimum of five years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare, education, and/or commercial construction projects

Experience managing projects ranging from $1 million to $50 million.

Preference for candidates with experience in healthcare projects.

Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage on-site teams.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.

Ability to interpret blueprints and enforce regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
