JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand and align with business goals, customer challenges, and success metrics to maintain project alignment or adjust strategies as needed.

Lead the design process from problem identification to final execution, utilizing user-centered methodologies to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Develop user scenarios, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes throughout the product development lifecycle.

Utilize data to construct compelling narratives that highlight customer issues, business opportunities, and design approaches.

Collaborate effectively within the Design team and with Product, Engineering, and Business Units to rapidly produce thoughtful and intuitive user experiences. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience (5+ years) in UI/UX, Product, or Visual Design across web and native apps.

Proficiency in design tools like Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing your design talent and thought process.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. ABOUT AKRAYA
