Jobs starting location is in Rural Hall, NC. From there you will utilize company vehicles to work sites.

Job description: Work in industrial and commercial setting for electrical contractor. Performing service calls, ability to trouble shoot control wiring. Install all types of conduit and wire. We furnish all tools except hand tools. Travel in the Piedmont Triad area for job installations. Know MCC's and other types of electrical components. Very experienced work prerequisite to have ability to electrical systems, devices, etc. No residential work involved. We also perform non regulated overhead distribution, bucket truck, digger derricks for setting poles. Directional drilling conduits and other in. Daily work is not always the same job. Very little new construction such as buildings, hotels, and up-fits. Our focus is on our customers. Assist with industrial outages and take on your own job and follow through. This job if we are working at one of our clients will consist of a lot of climbing, so fitness is a plus to climb tanks and silo's.

Assist our lead electricians with conduit and wire and have a background of at least 10 year of conduit installation. Or if you are a lead electrician you will have one of trucks with tools to perform the duties required. All training will be provided for equipment operation. Understanding NFPA70E is a Plus. Electrical License a Plus. Controls, PLC and VFD knowledge is a Plus.

Industrial Electrician Job Summary

Our company is looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and programming electrical equipment. You will draw schematics to indicate where the wiring and components are installed, then measure, cut, and install wiring and conduit systems according to specifications. We use automation for some of our industrial processes, so you should feel comfortable interpreting PLC ladder logic programs. Other tasks in this role include performing preventative maintenance inspections and PFC tests. We prefer applicants that have an electrician journeyman license and several years of professional electrician experience.

Industrial Electrician Duties and Responsibilities

· Measure, cut, and install wiring and conduit systems

· Install and program electrical equipment

· Follow electrical blueprints and schematics

· Troubleshoot or replace electrical components as needed

· Perform preventative maintenance inspections

· Interpret PLC ladder logic programs

· Follow local, state, and national electric codes

· Maintain a clean and safe workplace

Industrial Electrician Requirements and Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED certificate

· Completion of a trade school or training program is a plus

· State journeyman license preferred

· Previous experience in an industrial environment strongly preferred

· Experience using hand tools

· Mechanical skills
