Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative

$50k-$65k DOE

Orange County, CA

The Commercial lines CSR works as part of the agency team supporting the day to day needs of a book of business

The CSR will answer general client inquiries, pull loss runs, gather renewal information, complete Acord forms, resolve issues and assist the team as needed.

A CA P&C is required as well as 1+ years’ experience working with commercial lines in a brokerage or direct writer setting

Strong computer skills

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Working knowledge of commercial coverages (GL, Property, Comm Auto, WC)

Desire to help people and provide excellent customer service
