Are you passionate about retail and delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a customer-oriented, knowledgeable customer service representative to champion our e-commerce business. This role demands an impeccable product knowledge, an ability to foster strong customer relationships, and an unwavering enthusiasm for our brand.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound customer queries via calls, live chat, and a future possibility of video chat, providing timely, professional and engaging responses.

Address customer queries through email, ensuring complete resolution of all inquiries.

Leverage strong negotiation skills to handle objections and close sales, meeting personal and team targets.

Stay updated on industry trends and company events/promotions, and leverage this knowledge to engage clients and build relationships.

Develop and update client accounts to augment the client database and collaborate with the team to maximize all sales and growth opportunities.

Minimum 2+ years in a contact center, customer service or retail environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in e-commerce, preferably within the retail sector

An appetite to become fully versed in our brand's history and product range.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to relate to diverse groups of clients, employees, and departments.

Ability to acclimate quickly to new challenges with a positive, team-player mentality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and SAP preferred.
