Job Description

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing Analyst to join our revenue cycle team. In this role, you will analyze claims, follow up on unpaid claims, and ensure maximum reimbursement. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to achieving results, we want to hear from you!

**Role and Responsibilities:**

- Analyze claims and follow up on outstanding claims for resolution.

- Provide research for unpaid claims and rebill as necessary.

- Field inquiries regarding revenue and aging issues.

- Process cash transfers and check requests promptly.

- Timely follow-up on insurance claim denials and interpret insurance explanation of benefits/remits.

- Respond to inquiries from insurance companies, patients, and providers professionally and accurately.

- Maintain documentation and ensure timely billing submissions.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing and claims processing.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting insurance explanation of benefits/remits.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding (ICD-10, CPT) preferred.

Location: Phoenix, AZ - ( will convert to hybrid once converted )

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
