How our sales team is set up Our client-facing teams work in a cross-functional structure.

We are set up in 'pods' which focus on key client segments and opportunities.

This role sits within our Fintech pod, selling our solution to fintechs globally.

This team is distributed across New York and London and this role is based in New York.

What does the role entail?

This role will be focused on the whole spectrum of the sales cycle from unlocking new opportunities, through to development and closing.

You will work closely with a large cross section of our internal team including: product, business development, marketing, solutions and engineering to build and scale workable solutions that solve a real problem for our potential clients.

As the mouthpiece to our clients, Account Executives have an important role to play in improving and executing on a repeatable sales function, cracking and closing enterprise accounts, discovering client problems that we can solve and having the attitude and mindset to deliver results on greenfield sales opportunities.

What you'll bring to the team * Expert knowledge of the full sales lifecycle with enterprise software.

* Ideally, experience selling technical solutions to Fintech businesses, someone that knows the process of selling to multi-stakeholder clients and how to get complex deals closed.

* Curiosity, you always want to know more to get to the heart of the issue and unlock opportunities.

You embrace change, strive to improve the current process and always look for opportunities to develop.

* Accountability, as an AE you take ownership for making things happen and meeting quota expectations.

* Team and client empathy - you work with our clients to understand their needs and work in close collaboration with your team to solve problems together.
