For more information, visit This role is our data support and will work cross-functionally to deliver merchant level intelligence on key metrics and strategic recommendations to guide go-forward strategies.

This is a heavy data and statistics-oriented role, where the right person can dive into detail and clearly communicate stories to inform and influence strategic decision-making.

Our team has a close partnership with Sales, Finance and Strategy teams to guide fact-based decisions and clearly communicate risk/opportunity at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities * Monitor, report on, and escalate revenue and margin risks associated with merchant commission changes, reversals, reseller impact, fraud.

* Analyze merchant trends to formulate growth strategies and identify business opportunities.

Implement appropriate action to maximize financial objectives.

Understand performance based on targets and provide recommendations.

* Continuous attention to data validation, flagging inconsistencies vs trend or expectations * Detailed process for revenue recognition by merchant.

Maintain data integrity and build a governance program to maintain quality and accuracy of data.

* Build tools, reports and libraries to translate data into actions.

* Analyze and communicate promotion recaps to influence future events and goals.

Deep understanding of merchant elasticity and predictive performance.

* Develop predictive models to determine impact of merchant participation in promotions.

Based on results, recommend strategic merchant action to deliver results.

Requirements: * 2-3 years or relevant work experience in analytics and forecasting role.

* Experience with retail planning and statistical analysis a plus * Quantitative mindset and analytic capabilities.

A natural curiosity/interest will ensure success in this role.

Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location.

The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.

USD $62,856.00 - $107,136.00 annually
