Teller/New Accounts Representative

About the Role:

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is looking for a Part-time Teller/New Accounts Representative for our Preston branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide stellar customer service to all customers

Process deposit, withdrawal, and payment transactions

Balance cash drawer

Open new accounts, process wire transfers and stop payments

Know and actively cross sell bank products and services

Respond to customer concerns and provide solutions

Assist customers both in person and via phone

Attention to detail

The entry rate for this position is $17.00+/hour. All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.

SCHEDULE: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00-6:00; Every other Saturday 9:00-1:00.

About You:

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma

Customer Service Experience

18 years and older

1-year prior banking experience preferred

Cash Handling Experience preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:

Ambitious and Self Motivated

Ability to follow up with customers as needed
