The Senior Product Manager for the Integrated Pathology Network leads new solution development and life cycle management for Digital Pathology Data and AI and the integrated pathology network through a cross-functional team. Advocates and prioritizes business cases to the segment Sr. Product Director and wins support to execute strategies through Marketing, the Value-Delivery organization, and IT.

This is a remote position with regular travel (25%).

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

Development of Integrated Pathology Network

Integration and Consolidation of our Pathology Testing Footprint

Digitization of the Quest/AmeriPath network.

Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, healthcare trends, business trends, and leading vendor tools and solutions for applicability in our enterprise

Demonstrate a strong command of master data and analytics solutions and understand complexity drivers that may affect product delivery.

Clearly articulate feature requirements through the development of User Stories, Specifications, Process Mapping, and User Interface Mock-ups

Work with developers, project managers, and QA engineers throughout the product development, testing, and implementation phases to ensure feature integrity

Manage the requirements-gathering process between cross-functional teams of stakeholders and various internal resources including product managers, internal stakeholders, customers and software-related technical resources

Develop and maintain strong & productive relationships with all development and business stakeholders in order to ensure timely and effective delivery of software features.

Monitor ongoing performance of features and act as point of contact for any questions, concerns, or suggestions

Contribute to the overall Product Vision and Roadmap

Partner with Business Subject Matter Experts to define data driven products and services and manage portfolio of products to ensure comprehensive coverage of customer needs

Qualifications

Accountability Metrics:

Vision / Development of data lake

Successful data analysis of various data types

Development of a success plan for new AI technology

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree

· MBA preferred

Work Experience:

· 5+ years of healthcare experience

· Strong financial acumen

· Demonstration of wide- ranges of trend analysis, pattern recognition experience, and predictive/ prescriptive modeling

· Capable of using data analysis tools

· Optimization of sales process experience

· Experience with M&A

Other:

· Strong communication skills – written and verbal

The base salary range for this position is ~ $120,000 - $140,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
