WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A CONTROLLER As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and improving month-end processes to gain efficiencies.

You will work closely with the executive team to ensure financial health and compliance with GAAP as well as supervising the team of staff and senior accountants.

. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing accounting operations, monitoring cash flow, and implementing and refining financial policies.

Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying financial risks and opportunities for the company.

Your problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach will be essential in this role as you navigate a fast-paced construction industry.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

To excel in the Controller position at First Onsite, you will need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically.

Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills are a must.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle/Netsuite will be highly advantageous.

Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Bachelor's in Accounting required, MBA preferred CPA required, active license preferred Minimum 2 years supervisory experience Minimum 7 years accounting experience in mid-large company, public entity preferred, or 2 years with major public accounting firm CONNECT WITH OUR TEAM TODAY!
