The Office Administrator will primarily provide office management support for the Tampa, FL office, support office management for other Unified offices, and provide administrative support for executives and senior leadership as needed.

Responsibilities:

Office management duties will include:

answering phones, directing all calls appropriately and answering general questions;

greeting visitors and directing appropriately;

managing incoming and outgoing mail and shipping;

maintaining supplies and maintenance for offices and break rooms, printers and copiers;

manage storage;

manage conference room and hotel office calendars;

assist with facility management issues and coordinating maintenance with building management;

Other ad hoc duties as needed.

Administrative support duties will include:

maintaining calendar;

assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings.;

assisting with planning travel;

assisting with expense reports;

assisting with acquisition and maintaining of medical license(s);

administrative work and other ad hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum of high school diploma

Experience: 2+ years relevant experience in administrative or office management preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly, Word, Excel, Adobe (including Adobe Sign) and Outlook

Experience with digital mail preferred

Well organized, very detailed oriented and ability to multi-task

Customer service focus

Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally (e.g. vendors, practice managers)

Ability to meet communicated deadlines

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Accuracy in daily work and other projects

Adherence to policies and procedures

Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
