Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

Pleasantly answer phones, and direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.

Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such insurance verification, data entry and other duties.

Able to accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required.

MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.

Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills.

Previous experience in a similar role desired, but not required.
