Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager 1 for The University of Tampa in Tampa, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
Combine your proven leadership and Facilities Management technical expertise to enhance client programs including short- and long-range planning, preventative and corrective maintenance and light construction/renovation projects.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:
a proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments;
strong technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, general construction, safety systems and/or project management;
proficient knowledge with a CMMS – Maximo experience is a plus;
knowledge of BAS systems;
computer skills – such as MS Office and Outlook;
exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills;
strong attention to detail and administrative skills to ensure accurate and timely documentation;
strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and hands-on team building;
Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) or other trade certifications are a plus; and/or
at least 3 years of management experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
