Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior M365 migration engineer to join our dynamic IT M&A Team. As a Senior M365 Migration engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and managing tenant to tenant migrations of varying complexity from end to end. Working through discovery, planning, solution proposals, as well as carrying out and leading migration efforts and post migration hypercare support.

Responsibilities:

Provide solutions for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure configurations

Regular usage of Azure Portal and M365 Portal

Provide solutions for MDM implementations for Gallagher’s mobile workforce

Experience with public cloud infrastructure (Azure and AWS)

Experience migrating users from M365 tenants

Planning, discovery, co-ordination and leading tenant to tenant migrations of varying complexities

Qualifications:

Microsoft 365 Administration

Active Directory and Azure AD

Exchange Online Migration/administration

Experience with DKIM/SPF Records/MX Records

SharePoint Online Migration/administration

OneDrive for Business Migration/administration

Teams Migration/administration

Security and Compliance

PowerShell Scripting

Migration Tools (Quest on Demand/BitTitan Migration Wiz/or Equivalent)

Networking Skills

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting

Project Management

Documentation and Reporting

Communication Skills

Knowledge and experience with managing Exchange on premise and Exchange Online

Knowledge and experience with creating and managing user mailbox and mail enabled contacts

Knowledge and experience with MS365 and Exchange PowerShell scripting

Knowledge and experience with MS365 Azure AD Connect

Knowledge and experience with Google Workspace\Admin

Knowledge and experience with Mail Migration Tools (MS365 Tenant to Tenant, Gmail, Exchange On Premise)

Knowledge and experience with Public DNS records

Knowledge and experience with Veritas Cloud Vault

Knowledge and experience with Domain name migrations

Knowledge and experience with managing On Premise Active Directory Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Compliance Center eDiscovery tools

Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Conditional Access policies

Knowledge and experience with problem solving email, DNS, and MS365 related issues Must have time management skills and be able to multitask to meet set deadlines
