We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time line Cook to join The Vista, an independent adult resort style living community. Come demonstrate your skills in the kitchen and bring your culinary skills and talent.

The Cook will be responsible for the below:

Need to be responsible, neat, energetic, enthusiastic, willing to follow direction and be able to work well in this high end environment with 2 restaurants.

Great communication skills and mobility during the shift.

Responsibilitis include consistent excellence in food prep and always observing safety protocols and cleanliness standards.

Must have experience working a line. Jobs will include grill, fryer, sauté, plating, salads and wraps.

Maintains a clean and organized station.

Position offers the opportunity to cook from scratch and be part of a productive, innovative, and supportive team in a great working environment.

Schedule: 12:00pm-8:00pm. Weekend rotation requires working two weekends in a row with one weekend off.

Education: High School graduate or equivalent required. Vocational or higher education in food service field preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrates compliance with the CH ASPIRE Standards of Performance.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have a minimum of (1) year experience.

Current Serve Safe food handlers certificate preferred.
