Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and executing recruiment and retention strategies to attract, select and retain professional staff for Hospice & Palliative Care,Home Care and Managed Care/Health Plans of MJHS. Assists in all employment/recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, new hire processing and presentations including new hire orientation.
Qualifications:
BA/BS required
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources preferred
Minimum 2-3 years experience recruiting health care professionals in a Human Resources or relevant experience
Knowledge of Microsoft office including Word and Excel
Experience utilizing HRIS and applicant tracking systems required
HR Certification preferred
