Overview:
Assistant Front Desk Manager
An Assistant Front Manager is responsible for supervising and assisting clerks and Assistant Hotel Managers in daily operational activities as well as perform all duties of Front Desk Clerks.
Responsibilities:
Ability to perform all functions of the Front Desk Clerk
Supervise and oversee the operational activities of Front Desk Clerks as related to Front Desk policies and procedures
Answer or assist with guest, Casino and executive inquiries by phone or in person at the Front Desk
Responsible for maintaining, cleaning and organizing supplies and tools at the Front Desk
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or related experience
Prior high-volume customer service experience
Two years of hotel front desk experience strongly preferred
