Position Summary

To take care of Warranty complaints after sales,

To register complaint and respond to customer in 24 hours.

To send the warranty raised to concerned HOD in-order to send to concerned person and respond with justification.

In case of Distributors talk to concerned and support customers and close the complaint.

In case of Exported pumps, talk to the concerned HOD/ In-charge for technical and commercial prior to responding to concerned.

In case of Pump failure, Failure analysis to be done.

Check the spares availability at our end and customer end to resolve and close the complaint, take necessary suitable action to refurbish spares utilized.

Separate Register to be maintained for short supply and update, only to have track in-case required for traceability.

Essential Responsibilities

To maintain register of warranty, shot supply and response to customer within 24 hours.

Involve the distributor where required, to attend field complaints and close.

To get feedback from concerned department and RCA.

To investigating and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems by involving concerned persons from concerned department.

To co-ordinate with our distributor sales/service engineer for addressing warranty complaints. if required customer site visit for technical discussions.

To support our distributors and attend our service calls.
